For years, living an unhealthy lifestyle with irregular routines, INFS scholar Sidhartha had no idea the danger that was quietly building up inside him. At 72 kg, he was diagnosed with fatty liver… and that’s when reality hit like a storm. It wasn’t just about weight anymore; his liver, his energy, even his future health were at risk. The Beginning of His Fitness Journey
The first goal was simple: take control of his health. For Sidhartha, it meant completely rethinking habits that had been part of his life for years. Breakfasts were skipped, late-night meals were the norm, and exercise was irregular at best. Nothing intentional… but over time, these small choices had quietly added up.
Sidhartha joined the Fittr community, started tracking his diet, and used the app’s exercise tools to build structure into his routines. Slowly but steadily, he began to see change… not just on the scale, but in how he felt every day.
But transformation isn’t only about losing weight. There was a deeper curiosity growing within him: How does the body really work? Which foods actually fuel it best? How can fitness become a long-term lifestyle… and even a career? This curiosity led him to enroll in the Express Self Study: Certified Nutrition and Fitness Coach course by INFS.
Transformation That Speaks Volumes
The course gave Sidhartha both practical and theoretical knowledge. Week by week, he learned about nutrition planning, macros, exercise science, and how to train effectively. Applying what he learned, along with consistent effort, led to remarkable results. Sidhartha’s weight dropped from 72 kg to 52 kg. Lean muscle developed, the body became toned, and the fatty liver problem disappeared. Energy levels surged, sleep improved, and lethargy became a thing of the past.
Sidhartha’s journey didn’t stop at health. His transformation opened doors to opportunities he had only dreamed of. He even represented himself as Mr. Assam in the Master’s category, in multiple local competitions, and earned a spot in the 2024 Mr. World Championship, placing 4th in the Master’s class and 5th in the below 60 kg category!

Today, Sidhartha helps others begin their own fitness journeys. He understands how overwhelming it can feel at the start, so he shares practical advice, motivation, and the science-backed knowledge he learned along the way. For him, helping others isn’t just about workouts or diets… It’s about giving them the confidence to take that first step, just like he did.
