For INFS scholar Sanghamitra, that battle began after her second pregnancy. Pain and aches tug at you, and exhaustion lingers like a shadow. When Your Body Feels Like a Stranger
Sanghamitra Chhaochharia, a certified nutrition and fitness coach at FITTR and a mother of two, had always maintained an active lifestyle. But pregnancy brought sudden changes in her body. The scale touched 75kgs, back pain made movement difficult, aching knees turned even the smallest tasks into hurdles, and exhaustion became her constant companion. She wasn’t just carrying extra weight… she was carrying the burden of losing herself. The vibrant, fit woman she once knew seemed lost somewhere under layers of exhaustion and self-doubt.
The Silent Motivation
For years, she had quietly followed FITTR, scrolling through transformation stories, imagining a change she didn’t yet believe was possible for herself. Each story pushed for her own transformation… but fear and doubt kept her from taking the first step. By mid-2022, she finally decided to sign up with a coach. With the right guidance, she dropped 23 kilos, came down to 52 kgs, her pain faded, fatigue lifted, and strength came back again!
But more than the physical transformation, she realized that knowledge and learning were just as important as her efforts. To make her change last… and to help others do the same… she needed to learn for herself. That’s when Sanghamitra enrolled in the INFS Diploma in Nutrition and Fitness.
Turning Knowledge Into Purpose
As a mother, juggling between family, kids, and her studies wasn’t easy. But she was determined. She made detailed notes, built a mental vision board, and set small, realistic monthly goals to measure her progress.
Through the Fitness Training Program (FTP), she experienced what coaching life was really like. It wasn’t just theory… it was applying knowledge, building confidence, and preparing to make a real impact for her clients. With every lesson, she understood the science behind her transformation and realized she could now guide others to achieve the same results.
