Bharat is an INFS alumnus, currently working as a fitness and nutrition coach with FITTR. Bringing lifestyle change may prove to be a little challenging initially for some people, but as a coach, Bharat simplifies the same by educating his clients. Following this, he has by now transformed 100+ clients.
After experiencing how fitness positively impacted his personal life, Bharat Komaraju wished and believed he can help others in experiencing the same.

Self-realization is the Driving Force
Bharat experienced the power of right knowledge, nutrition, and workout in turning his life in the most positive direction. He truly practices empathy and wants others to experience the positivity that fitness brought to his life. He is using fitness as a medicine to help others get stronger, not just physically but mentally as well. He is working as a Fittr coach with a single aim of transforming lives.
Learning and Growing with INFS
While completing his certification from INFS, he also realized that to learn and grow, he must always have evidence-based facts by his side. He applied the knowledge he gained from INFS to his own transformation journey and was placed in the top 100 in Transformation Challange-12 organized by Fittr.
Right Motivation and Support go a long way
Bharat’s prime focus is offering customized plans for his clients. He credits INFS for rightly teaching him that each client’s story is different but being able to help and guide them according to their lifestyle and concerns is the responsible duty of a coach. He makes sure to provide his clients with the right motivation and support.
Working towards a Fit Community
Bharat is really happy with his progress as a fitness coach so far. He has improved his ability to plan and organize his everyday activities. His approach is to be a better listener and empathize with his clients. All of this has benefited his personal well-being.
Every day of his life as a fitness instructor is spent learning, growing, inspiring, and educating others. The desire to transform as many lives as possible by emphasizing on nutrition, exercise, and health in the community around him is his long-term goal.
Knowledge is the Key to Success
Bharat has a tip for budding fitness professionals – “To all those wanting to step into the fitness industry as professionals, prioritize your learning and do not run after selling your skills. The start can be slow but apply your knowledge right, and eventually, you will succeed.”
