“Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.”
― The Shawshank Redemption
Do you hear the applause of triumph? Do you wear your heart on your sleeve? Do you pat your back for letting go of something which was holding you back?
Then this space is for you!
Mental Health Awareness month is the point of talk all over the world. INFS has always encouraged holistic fitness, and mental health is a game-changer in this. Today’s youth is becoming more conscious of the importance of mental health in one’s life.
INFS salutes all mental health warriors. Let’s amp up this conversation by sharing your experiences of determination, optimism, courage, and self-care.
We want the narrative of Hope and Change – the story that inspires someone going through a similar situation; the story to look back on and feel proud of oneself! Let’s appreciate the scars that have made you stronger and beautiful from the inside out.
The INFS Blog Writing Competition brings you the opportunity to honor your willpower and actions to overcome all the obstacles, struggles, phobias, and traumas that were holding you back to become the best version of yourself. This will be an immense source of inspiration and hope for someone who is still in that pit and looking for a ray of sunshine.
The theme of our blog writing competition this time around is –
‘Stories of Hope: Your Journey to Achieving Mental Wellness’.
Please note that we want you to write your story of how you struggled yet strengthened your mental health and NOT a general blog post enlisting tips on maintaining mental wellness.
Read till the end to know the submission guidelines and blog format.
