A Working Mom to a Certified Fitness Coach – Isha Mahajan

Ever feel like your health goals are slipping away because life gets too busy? That’s exactly how Isha Mahajan felt. A dedicated working mom of two, she struggled with weight gain, body aches, and weakness after two C-sections. The thought of giving up her favorite foods made fitness seem impossible.

But everything changed when she found FITTR. Here’s her story in her own words.

The Beginning

Hi, I’m Isha Mahajan—a working professional, FITTR coach, and a full-time mom of two beautiful kids. Fitness is not just a part of my life; it’s my passion. I love helping others improve their health and constantly push myself to learn more so I can guide people better.

But my journey didn’t start here. Like many others, I once struggled with my own health. Back in 2020, I was searching for a permanent solution to my health problems. I wanted to feel better, get stronger, and have more energy for my family. That’s when I came across FITTR on Facebook—and it changed everything for me.

The Turning Point With FITTR and INFS

As I explored FITTR, I saw real transformations—people achieving their goals while still enjoying their favorite foods. Later that year, I decided to enroll under a FITTR coach. And the results were unbelievable! With the right plan and motivation from my coach, I didn’t just lose weight—I regained my strength, got rid of body aches, and became the fittest I’ve ever been in just a year!

This transformation brought back my confidence, and I knew I wanted to learn more. I wanted to understand fitness and nutrition beyond just my personal transformation. So, without hesitation, I decided to pursue the INFS Diploma In Nutrition And Fitness.

Balancing Work, Family, and Studies

Studying while managing a full-time job and family wasn’t easy. My schedule was packed, but I was determined. There were nights when I used to stay up late, going through lectures after putting the kids to sleep. There were mornings when I had to push myself to stay on track. I listened to recorded lectures during my workouts, while cooking, and even while walking. I made sure to give some time every day to learn, no matter how slow the progress was.

There were hiccups along the way, moments when it felt overwhelming. But I reminded myself why I started. I had the hunger to learn, and that kept me going.

A Journey of Growth and Giving Back as a Coach

Completing my diploma was a huge milestone, but the real joy came from helping others transform their health. Every day, I get to touch so many lives, guiding people toward better health and fitness. The feeling is incredible. I feel truly blessed to be a part of this community—learning, growing, and supporting others on their journeys.

Remember, “No matter how busy life gets, if you have the desire to learn and grow, you will find a way. Just take that first step.”

I’m excited for the journey ahead—learning more, helping more, and making a difference!
