Consistency is key to Weight Loss

Weight loss is the most common goal that many people want to achieve, either to get a good body shape or better health.

Since you have subscribed to this newsletter, I am assuming you too, at some point in life, must have had this goal.

During the weight loss phase, many people find it difficult to stay on track and adhere to the diet and exercise routine. The reasons to go off track are many, which can actually be tackled in some easy-to-follow ways.

Consistency comes when you keep doing the same things every day until the habit is formed. 

Focusing on one habit at a time is the foremost thing during the weight loss phase, such as finding at least 30 mins in the day to start with a walk.

Over time, 30 minutes of walking could increase to an hour walk. It doesn’t matter if we fail one day, but acknowledging yourself to stick to one as a priority of all sub-goals till you reach your final goal will help you boost your self-motivation.

Staying consistent will ultimately help in the management of weight in the long term.
