Advise for the Aspiring Fitness Professionals

To all those looking forward to step into the field of fitness and nutrition, here are a few words of wisdom from Pink.

“You should always have a will to learn. Keep trying to upgrade yourself. As a fitness coach, your responsibility is way more than focusing on weight loss or weight gain. Your clients may have a journey with you for 3 to 6 months but you make sure that within these 6 months, they have learned the right approach. Make sure they have adapted or are, at least, trying to adapt a healthy lifestyle. Listen to your clients, never judge them, be empathetic to them, and always encourage them.”
