Aim of the Study
As the title of the study suggests, our study is aimed at understanding if and how much you know about the nutrition labels that are on the food packages. The questions in the form are regarding these labels that you may see on packaged products.
The objective of these questions is to know your views about nutrition labels and packaged products. The data collected from the study will be used for publication and presentations while maintaining full confidentiality.
Eligibility to Participate in the Survey
To participate in the survey, you should be aged 25 or above. Also, do pass on the survey to be filled out by that family member who purchases groceries for the family. We would highly appreciate it if you shared the survey form with as many people as you can.

The information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential. It will hardly take 15 minutes to complete the survey.
