With a sports background, Shashank always wanted to learn about nutrition and fitness sciences but wondered where to start. Shashank’s day starts with reading the fitness column in the newspaper. He follows a disciplined lifestyle to maintain high standards for his clients. Making diet charts and workout plans for his clients and reverting to their queries on time is of utmost importance for him. He loves playing with his daughter. He makes sure to plan his next day efficiently before going to bed.
