INFS has various resources you can access to get your FREE Diet Plan to get started on your weight loss or health journey. These resources are based on evidence-based knowledge of nutrition and fitness. As an institute, our aim is to empower people to take charge of their health. The first hurdle that people face is access to the right knowledge.
We have several people in our community who have suffered at the hands of wrong diet plans and training advice. You will hear many successes of people who are able to lose weight, but very few are able to maintain it or keep going to the point where they completely transform.
Diet plans are typically related to the goal of losing weight. However, diet plans can be created for even those who want to gain healthy weight. Also, diet plans need to suit a person’s lifestyle and their likes/ dislikes. This is why the best diet plans are customised. They need to be customised for:
– your height, weight, age, gender
– your diet history
– your food preferences
– your goals
– your medical history
– your lifestyle (busy mom, busy executive, active athlete, …)
With some basic knowledge of what constitutes a diet, one can make the right choices about what they need to eat. In absolute terms there is no good food and bad food, there are some which are more nutritious and better suited when it comes to satiety (i.e. hunger management) compared to others. So, as you go through the free resources, we encourage you to ask questions. Our vibrant community on FB will help you get the answers to most of your questions and guide you with well researched and established advice that will help you take control of your journey.
With that background, let’s dive into the resources you can access for your Free Diet Plan:
